These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FerroQuant ("we", "us", "our"), including our website at ferroquant.com and all related services, tools, and APIs (collectively, the "Service").

            By using FerroQuant, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
        

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Free and Paid Tiers

FerroQuant offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) with additional capabilities. Feature limits are described on our Pricing page.

3.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

3.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided APIs
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Share, resell, or redistribute your account access or API keys
Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading

5. Trading Disclaimer

FerroQuant is a software tool, not a financial advisor. Trading cryptocurrencies, forex, stock indices, and commodities carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any strategy, indicator, or signal does not guarantee future results. All trading decisions and their outcomes are your sole responsibility. 6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, data, designs, trademarks, and other materials provided through the Service are the property of FerroQuant or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using FerroQuant, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

8. API Usage

If your subscription includes API access, you agree to:

Respect rate limits and usage quotas for your tier
Not share API keys with third parties
Use API data only for your personal or authorized business use

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FerroQuant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FerroQuant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and indemnification) will remain in effect.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FerroQuant operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
